91·16 hours agoIn einem Rechtsstaat kann man im Allgemeinen nur gegen Dinge klagen, die einen auch wirklich selbst betreffen (in seinen Rechten einschränken).
Dafür muss man nicht unbedingt “privilegiert” sein, es würde wohl auch reichen, in der Nähe der Grenze zu wohnen und sie regelmäßig für Besorgungen oder Arbeitsweg zu überqueren.
Weil das eine Beschreibung in ungefähr demselben Stil ist wie der Artikel im OP. Der Punkt ist, man kann sehr viele Dinge auf derart sinnlose Weise erklären und dadurch komisch klingen lassen.

To make the map appear a lot more beautiful and complete: map parks, playgrounds, dog parks, sports pitches, etc. as areas; map any fences, walls and gates around and within them. Lots of playgrounds are just mapped as nodes, so if you find such cases, fix them.

I agree with that page that it’s better to tag objective reality: sidewalk=no, maxspeed=100, etc., and let routing software figure out to avoid routing pedestrians along something tagged with that.

They are no longer making the information public which aircraft belongs to whom, so in the future you might no longer know that any given aircraft belongs to Elon Musk or any other celebrity. You can still track it, but you won’t know what aircraft to track.

Mittlerweile gibt es sehr viele Erwachsene, die in ungefähr diesem Alter angefangen haben, Pornografie anzusehen. (Muss ich wissen, ich bin einer davon.) Wir können feststellen, dass das niemandem ernsthaft geschadet hat, also warum akzeptieren wir überhaupt diese Prämisse?

Ich bin mit dem von dir genannten Fall mit den bayrischen Kruzifixen nicht vertraut. Wenn es da um Kruzifixe in Schulen und Behörden ging, würde ich argumentieren, dass Schüler, Lehrer und Eltern von Schülern einer solchen Schule betroffen sind, bzw. jeder betroffen ist, der gezwungen ist, eine solche Behörde zu besuchen. Ich weiß natürlich nicht, ob ein Gericht sich dieser Argumentation anschließen würde.
