Most of my time not at the office is childcare, but I try to get us out of the house and doing something fun. At the very least we’ll take a walk through town and get any groceries we need and visit their uncle at his shop. Preferable to go to the park or beach but that’s not always possible.
Being neuroatypical isn’t a fashion accessory. Growing up in the 80s and 90s and not being “normal” was marginalising and hard for everyone around.
