I used to work at a pro brewery that made a beer with loads and loads of lemon peel and juice (no bitter pith, thank you) and it absolutely does not kill fermentation.
My fingers and thumbs still hurt from the early days when it was quite a manual job!
That said, you could probably add so much juice that the acidity might kill fermentation.
Plus, racing through bad jokes doesn’t make them any better

I’ve been considering this or a Storz & Bickel Crafty+. Any chance you’ve tried it and can compare? If anything they’re both too expensive, but I’d at least like to get the better one.
I often find, and its true in this case, that the guides I see show detailed installation instructions, and then say ‘then simply replace the variables in the config, et voila’.
I have my variables, but dont know where, or exactly how to put them in the docker compose file. Like do I replace all of them? Do I need the ‘$’ signs?
