    I really like the tradition some countries have where the plate is a flatbread or pancake of some sort.

      Now you’re making me want to eat injura. I love the spongy sour taste of them. Plus let’s face it Ethiopian food is pretty good.

      We’ve been doing that for a long time. We switched to plates around 13 or 1400 something, for unclear reasons.
